This means we have handled literally thousands of contested family law cases, and I have handled hundreds of trials, hearings and mediations, in courts all over Texas. We know what we're doing.

Supporting Equal Rights for Fathers -- I have been supporting Fathers for Equal Rights since 1995, representing many of their members and also volunteering hundreds of hours of time in their pro bono clinic. I believe in being a voice for Fathers' rights and for equal treatment of husbands and fathers in our judicial system.

Fighting for You -- I will fight for you. Not the other side. Certainly some cases should settle. But I believe you should have your day in Court if that's what you need and that, once there, your case should be persuasively and passionately presented. Two Locations to Serve You -- I maintain two offices: my Dallas location is at 15950 N. Dallas Parkway (at Keller Springs) in Dallas, and my Frisco office is at 6136 Frisco Sq. Blvd., just east of the Tollway at Main St. in Frisco. I am available to meet with you at either location.

Compare my fees -- My fees are very reasonable compared to most other attorneys my experience level, and in fact are less than many younger lawyers. If you're looking for the absolute least expensive fees, don't call me. But if you want an experienced, high quality attorney at less than what you would likely pay for other family law attorneys, call me.
