I provide aggressive, knowledgeable and diligent representation, having served clients across the state and throughout the world for more than twenty-eight years in Texas Family Law cases such as divorce, post-divorce modifications, child custody disputes, relocation and residence restriction issues, visitation problems, child support, basic and complex property division, interstate jurisdiction, paternity, termination and adoption, premarital and marital agreements, and grandparent custody and visitation rights. With offices located in Far North Dallas and in Frisco, I primarily serve Collin, Dallas and Denton counties, but I also often handle matters in other Metroplex counties such as Rockwall, Tarrant, Ellis, and Kaufman counties. I also represent clients in other cities and counties across the state, including Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, The Valley, the Austin area, Tyler, and numerous smaller, rural counties across Texas.

My practice is limited to Family Law, often also called Divorce Law. My focus is on Family Law for Fathers, but I also represent wives and mothers upon request.
